Embodied Imagination Workshop

The Embodied Imagination Workshop (Dreaming Workshop) is an introduction to Dreamwork via the Embodied Imagination (EI) method.

Presented by Franco Enrico and Heinz Fraenkel, who are the only certified EI practitioners in South Africa.

The half-day workshop has a focus on praxis with minimal theory.

Collectively we will enter the liminal space known to the Sufis as Alam Al-Mithal.

Your sense of self will expand as you encounter and engage with the imaginal.

We will touch on topics such as embodiment, phenomenology, hypnagogia, and mimesis.

Attendees are invited to bring along their dream journals.
