This Human Rights Month, we’re exploring Personhood through verse.

As we approach Human Rights Day, we are reminded that the struggle for rights was, at its heart, a struggle for the recognition of personhood. It was a demand to be seen, heard, and valued.

We want to interrogate what it means to be a "person" in 2026. Is it a legal status? A shared heartbeat? A digital footprint? Or something more ancient?
