ABOUT

As women, we live by our cycle — moving through our inner seasons of Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring. It is a rhythm that guides our energy, mood, and wellbeing throughout life. Yet many of us feel disconnected from these natural patterns, especially as hormones shift and perimenopause symptoms begin to appear.

When we learn to work with our hormones instead of against them, we create more balance, energy, and ease in our daily lives.

In this workshop we will explore:

• How your cycle and hormones work through different life stages

• Support for common hormonal and perimenopause symptoms

• How to track and understand your body’s signals

• Nutrition and movement that support hormone balance

• When to nourish deeply and how to build meals that align with your cycle

• Everyday habits and hidden factors that may be harming our hormones

• Recipes to support the different phases within your cycle

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for any woman between thw ages of 18 and 55, wanting to better understand and support her hormones — whether you’re experiencing hormonal skin concerns, mood fluctuations, cycle irregularities, or perimenopausal symptoms. It is also for younger women who wish to build strong hormonal foundations early on and learn how to maintain balance naturally through each stage of life.

An opportunity to reconnect with your body, understand your changing needs, and learn how to support yourself so you can pour from a full cup.
