A week of creative R&D culminates in a live public showcase at Inside Out Jazz Lounge,

Soweto (Bra Thebe’s). UK singer-songwriter, poet & performer Rosina Buck shares new work

developed during an intensive collaborative residency with local artists Kozo Zwane (guitar & vocals) & Vuyo Viwe (flute & Vocals ).

Rosina Buck is a Bristol-based songwriter known for weaving vivid storytelling, poetic lyricism &

dreamy pop-folk soundscapes that explore love, transformation & the emotional landscape of

human experience. Her work has been performed at festivals including Glastonbury & has featured on BBC Introducing, with performances that blend music, poetry & theatrical storytelling.

During the week-long residency in Johannesburg, Rosina reworks existing songs & poetic material into a theatre-gig format that merges live music,narrative & performance. This Soweto showcase offers the first glimpse of that evolving performance form; an intimate work-in-progress presentation shaped through collaboration with local musicians & creative partners.
