Work Smarter, to Work Better - Psychological Safety

Tue Mar 31, 12:00 - Tue Mar 31, 14:00

Workshop17 Hyde Park Corner

ABOUT

Psychological safety is increasingly recognised as a critical ingredient in high-performing teams. When people feel safe to speak up, share ideas, ask questions and learn from mistakes, teams are better able to collaborate, innovate and navigate complexity together.

This interactive two-hour workshop forms part of EIC’s Work Smarter, Work Better series, a practical set of sessions designed to strengthen the everyday leadership and collaboration skills that help teams work more effectively together.

Through practical insights and guided discussion, participants will explore what psychological safety looks like in practice and reflect on the everyday behaviours that help teams build trust, strengthen communication and create space for learning and contribution.

The session will be delivered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join either in person or online.

Participants are welcome to register for individual workshops in the Work Smarter, Work Better series. For those who would like to deepen their learning across the full programme, a discounted series ticket is also available, providing access to all five workshops in the series, including:

• Use of Self

• Building Psychological Safety

• Giving & Receiving Feedback that Lands

• Delegating with Authority

• Collaboration & Healthy Conflict

If you are interested in registering for the full series, please email [email protected] and we will be happy to share further details.

The modules can also be adapted to reflect an organisation’s existing values, language and ways of working. In many contexts, they sit alongside training that is already in place, helping team members engage more effectively with their managers and teams.
