Set in an urban oasis, this experience is designed to help you slow down, move your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

Expect a grounding yoga session, a guided conscious dance experience, nature-inspired wellness, and a warm community atmosphere.

No dance experience needed, just come as you are and move in a way that feels good for you.

8:15 to 8:20 Welcome and intention setting

8:20 to 9:20 Grounding yoga class

9:20 to 9:25 Hydration break

9:25 to 10:00 Conscious dance session

10:00 to 10:15 Cool down and closing
