What is Conscious Dance?

Conscious dance is a guided free-movement experience rather than a choreographed dance class. There are no steps to learn and no pressure to perform. Instead, you will be invited to move in a way that feels natural to your body, using music, rhythm, and gentle prompts as a way to connect inward.

It is about expression, presence, and freedom of movement. You can expect a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you are encouraged to explore movement at your own pace.

Event Running Order

8:00 Gates open

8:00 – 8:15 Guest check-in and coffee social

8:15 – 8:20 Welcome, opening, and intention setting

8:20 – 9:20 Grounding yoga class

9:20 – 9:25 Roll up mats and enjoy a hydration drink

9:25 – 10:00 Grounding conscious dance session

10:00 – 10:15 Cool down and closing speech
