This is where real bread begins.

For 3 hours, you’ll work with two iconic doughs that built French baking:

  1. Traditional Baguette Dough – fermentation, shaping, scoring, real crust
  2. Brioche Dough – enriched, structured, soft, perfectly balanced
  3. French breads tradional

You won’t just follow a recipe.

You’ll understand hydration, gluten development, proofing timing, and how to control structure like a professional.

This is hands-on.
