This is where real bread begins.
For 3 hours, you’ll work with two iconic doughs that built French baking:
- Traditional Baguette Dough – fermentation, shaping, scoring, real crust
- Brioche Dough – enriched, structured, soft, perfectly balanced
- French breads tradional
You won’t just follow a recipe.
You’ll understand hydration, gluten development, proofing timing, and how to control structure like a professional.
This is hands-on.
