Meet Talezia Raubenheimer: A qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner, herbalist, and yoga teacher, Taleszia specialises in integrative, root-cause medicine. Her expertise blends ancient wisdom and modern science, focusing specifically on Polyvagal Theory and the vagus nerve to regulate the nervous system. By combining clinical knowledge with food as medicine, she provides a credible, evidence-based framework for people wanting to shift symptoms and achieve holistic, conscious healing. She is co-founder and practitioner at The Centre of Life.
