Take a walk on the caring side.Please join Rise Against Hunger and DirectAxis for a fun walk and family food market. The DirectAxis Walk for Hunger is raising funds for our meal distribution initiative. The event will be held at Kenilworth racecourse and afterwards there will be a food market and entertainment for you and your family to enjoy.
Rise Against Hunger currently feeds over 50 000 beneficiaries on a monthly basis. But with your help we can increase that number. There are over 3 million children suffering from hunger and malnutrition in South Africa alone. This is an opportunity for you to help make that change.
Not only will your contribution go straight into meals for the hungry, but you can also volunteer some of your day to help us pack the meals.
So please encourage your family and friends to join us at 9am on Sunday, 25 March 2018, for what promises to be a fun and meaningful day. We look forward to seeing you there.
Registration for the walk will close on 19 March 2018, but general access tickets will still be on sale (general access tickets will be on sale at the event as well).
