Cake for a Cause – Supporting Diabetes South Africa ??

Join us for a deliciously meaningful day at Cake for a Cause, a fun community event in support of Diabetes South Africa! This is not your ordinary cake sale, it’s a celebration of creativity, sharing, and making a difference.

How it works:

• Purchase your ticket for R100
• On arrival, bring a whole uncut cake (or cookies/brownies/cupcakes - minimum of 10) to contribute to our cake table (no cake, no entry)
• Be as crazy as you'd like for the cake you're bringing, from classic favourites to adventurous options like gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free creations.
• Please come with your cake information and allergens.
• You’ll receive a cake box to fill with 8 slices of any cakes you choose.
• Kids between the ages 4 - 14 pay R50. This includes a cake box to collect 3 slices.
• The venue is wheel chair accessible.

In addition to enjoying sweet treats and warm beverages, attendees can access free blood sugar and blood pressure testing during the event. We will also have a small talk on mindful eating because caring for our health is at the heart of what we do.

By taking part, you’re helping support the important work of Diabetes South Africa (education and awareness) while enjoying a unique, fun, and community-focused experience. If you are unable to attend, please consider purchasing a supporter's ticket to further support the work of our organisation.
