Every ticket comes with a little something special!

You’ll receive a free goodie bag with baby items, plus a pack of nappies to take home when you leave. Just remember to keep your ticket handy to collect yours at the exit.

This is a two-day event, with doors opening at 08:30 each day. Your ticket gives you access to one day only, so if you’d like to join us for both Saturday and Sunday, simply purchase a ticket for each day.

We’ll be at the Hazeldene Hall in Parktown, Johannesburg, opposite Netcare Park Lane Hospital.

Children under 12 are welcome to attend for free. Please note that only paid ticket holders will receive a goodie bag and pack of nappies.

Bump, Birth and Beyond ticket sales: Terms and conditions

1. Ticket purchase and entry
2. All attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry into the Bump, Birth and Beyond event ("the event”).
3. Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly allowed by the Bump, Birth and Beyond organisers
4. Children may require their own ticket if they are 12 years old and above, and children younger than 12 years in age will have free access to the event however as non-ticket holders, they will NOT receive a free goodie bag and a packet of nappies. Only ticket holders will receive a goodie bag and a packet of nappies.
5. Refunds and cancellations
6. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or inability to attend.
7. In the event of postponement of the event, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.
8. Event changes
9. The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme, schedule, vendors, or activities without prior notice.
10. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
11. Safety and liability
12. Attendees enter the venue of the event at their own risk.
13. The organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
14. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
15. Behaviour and conduct
16. Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
17. No outside promotional activity, unauthorised selling, or distributing materials is allowed.
18. Photography and media
19. By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing, social media, and promotional use.
20. Marketing
21. By purchasing a ticket and providing your personal information, you consent for the organisers to collect and store your details in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your information may be used to communicate event updates, educational content, and marketing material related to maternity, parenting, and baby products.
22. Vendor interactions
23. Any transactions between attendees and vendors are independent of the event organisers.
24. The organisers are not liable for vendor products, samples, or services.
25. Health and safety regulations
26. Attendees must comply with venue rules, emergency instructions, and any health and safety protocols.
27. The organisers may refuse entry to anyone displaying unsafe or concerning behaviour.
28. Parking and venue Access
29. Parking is subject to availability and may be managed by the venue.
30. The organisers are not responsible for parking fees, fines, or vehicle-related incidents.
31. Health education talks
32. You can book your expert talk attendance as you enter the expo at the designated sign-up table to ensure you have access to attend your desired talks.
33. Our upstairs expert talks venue is not wheelchair friendly, but our downstairs venue is wheelchair friendly.
34. Organisers have the right to change health talk times, topics and speakers if required without further notice.
35. Acceptance of terms
36. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to these terms and conditions.
