Face to Frame – Makeup for Photography Workshop
Sat May 30, 12:00 - Sat May 30, 15:00
Phenomena Dance Pty Ltd
ABOUT
Makeup that looks beautiful in person doesn’t always translate well on camera.
Face to Frame is a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to apply makeup specifically for photography — and practice it yourself as you go.
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to understand how makeup changes depending on lighting and photographic style. Throughout the session, participants will follow along step-by-step and apply their own makeup while learning professional techniques.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have created three different photography-ready makeup looks and understand how each one works in different environments.
The Three Looks We’ll Create
Natural Light Makeup
Learn how to create a clean, balanced look that photographs beautifully in daylight and outdoor environments.
Studio Makeup
Discover how to adjust makeup for studio lighting and flash, where stronger definition and contrast are needed.
Concept Makeup
Transform your look into a bold, creative editorial style designed for conceptual and fashion photography.
Each look builds on the previous one, so you’ll learn how to transition your makeup quickly and effectively between different shoots.
