Prince Albert

ABOUT

Tickets sales are open!

Prince Albert once again takes its place on the wine map with the return of the Vino Camino – a country wine experience designed for discerning collectors, serious enthusiasts and the genuinely wine curious.

Set in the heart of the Great Karoo and framed by the magnificent Swartberg mountains, Vino Camino is not a conventional wine festival. The producers are here in person. Conversations replace queues and discovery replaces noise. Prince Albert’s unhurried rhythm, extraordinary landscape and deeply rooted sense of community create the perfect setting to step away from city pace and reconnect – with place, with people and with remarkable wines.

Vino Camino invites you to walk your own wine camino through the village. Taste at intimate venues along the way – meeting winemakers who are shaping South Africa’s wine story, from revered icons to exciting, small-batch producers working off the beaten track.

This is a festival built on hospitality, authenticity and access. It is about conversation across a tasting table. It is about understanding terroir from the person who farms it. It is about exploring wines that may never sit on supermarket shelves.

Join us for a curated journey of discovery in one of the country’s most characterful destinations.

Come to Prince Albert.

Walk the Camino, and become a part of Prince Albert's living story through wine.
