UNDERWATER LOVE | AN ODE TO SUMMER WITH VELD AND SEA
Saturday 18 April
4pm - 7pm
Join us for a celebration of wild flavours at this unique summer pop-up early dinner. This interactive meal experience will be curated and created using intertidal and underwater ingredients, wild herbs, flowers and love. Vegetables, herbs and wild foods will be picked and prepared on site that day from our vegetable gardens, along with wild herbs gathered from the mountainside, seaweeds foraged from the nearby coastline, edible flowers picked from the gardens and offerings from our wild pantry that preserve moments and memories in time.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Coastal-inspired summer bites, chef and forager storytelling, and fun.
Dress up - ocean themed: floating florals and mermaid sequins, salty sea-dog dungarees and boardies or that something special that has been hanging in the back of your cupboard just waiting for a special occasion.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
V&S signature fynbos chai tea
A wild-flavoured, biodiverse vegetarian meal of favourite dishes from our summer menu
An interactive botanical mocktail station (you are welcome to bring your own gin/rum/etc to add to your drink)
A follow-up recipe card

You are welcome to bring a bottle/drink of your choice to enjoy with the meal.

REFUND POLICY:
Tickets are non-transferable to other event dates and non-refundable 72 hours before the event.
