Hike and Heart - February

Hike and Heart is a sacred walk up Gamohana Hill, where movement meets meaning. Together, we’ll hike, breathe, and open our hearts to stillness and sacred connection. This is a journey where every step becomes a prayer for renewal and every breath an invitation to restoration. As we rise with the mountain, we'll open our hearts to release, to receive, and to remember the wholeness within.

The hike ends with a shared meal, play date and great conversations at the bottom of the hill.
