This Mother’s Day, swap the usual plans for music, movement, laughs, and fresh air at Old Eds in Houghton. We will be dancing by the padel courts! (take note!)

Whether you’re a mom, bringing your mom, celebrating one, or just here for the good vibes, this Secret Sunrise session is your excuse to shake it out, smile a lot, and start the day feeling fabulous — no planning, no pressure, no school lunches involved (at least not yet).

As the sun comes up, we’ll pop on the headphones, sip our coffee, and dance like nobody’s watching (because technically… nobody can hear you).

What to Expect:

1. A guided silent dance experience with headsets
2. Feel-good beats, easy breathwork, and plenty of giggles
3. A fun, welcoming crowd (yes, even that dance move is allowed)

What to Wear:

Comfortable, cute, and ready to move. Layers encouraged. Sparkles, sunnies, and “mom boss energy” welcome ?
