Fundraising Iftar for Gaza & Yemen

Join us on Saturday, 7 March 2026 for an iftar with purpose – to save lives and restore hope to those who need it most.

Hosted by Muslim Hands South Africa, this meaningful iftar is dedicated to raising vital humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza and Yemen who continue to endure unimaginable hardship, trauma and loss.

Having barely survived a relentless onslaught that saw entire families wiped out, men, women and children are now faced with malnutrition and on the brink of starvation. With no access to clean water, emergency relief or medical care, every day is a harsh lesson in uncertainty as families are further eroded and succumb to famine.

As we sit down for iftar this Ramadan, please remember our brothers and sisters in Gaza and Yemen who are starving. Also remember the huge reward of giving in this month.

When asked by Anas Ibn Malik (ra), the Prophet (saw) said, “The best charity is that given in Ramadan.” – [Tirmidhi].

The rewards for which are multiplied by 70.
