Dementia is often spoken about in hushed tones, reduced to diagnoses, decline, and loss. Dementia Dialogues invites us to pause, rethink, and talk differently.

This thoughtfully curated 10-part workshop series creates a safe, reflective, and evidence-informed space to explore dementia not only as a medical condition, but as a human experience shaped by relationships, environments, emotions, and meaning.

Drawing on current international research — including the latest evidence on modifiable risk factors for dementia — the series moves beyond fear and fatalism, focusing instead on prevention, understanding, dignity, and living well.

Each session blends expert input with conversation, practical examples, and guided reflection. Topics include brain health across the lifespan, nutrition, movement, hearing and vision, mental health, social connection, safety, environment, and what it truly means to live well with dementia.
