We would love you to be part of this year’s Inspiration Awards breakfast, where we celebrate the people and organisations who quietly keep hope alive in and around East London.

Since 2012, the Inspiration Awards has given a platform to NGOs and individuals who step into hard places and keep showing up for others. What began with 48 leaders and twelve stories has grown into a community of partners, finalists and friends who believe our city can change for the better.

This year our heartbeat is simple: We are all changemakers.

We are not putting “heroes” on a pedestal. We are honouring ordinary people who have chosen to care, forgive, stand up, persevere and sacrifice so that someone else can move forward.

On Friday 10 April 2026, join us at Christian Centre Abbotsford for a breakfast morning filled with real stories of resilience, compassion and courage, as our four finalists share the work they do and the people they serve.

You can expect:

A hosted breakfast and time to connect with others in business, church, NGO and community spaces

Four powerful finalist stories, told live and on video

The chance to vote for the Most Inspirational Story on the morning
