Starter
Harvester Board
A generous harvest board to share, with home-baked kitke bread, brûléed figs and creamy burrata, spiced chickpeas, rustic aioli, smoked salmon cream cheese, and rich biltong butter.
Main Course
Served family style, laid out on the table for relaxed, country-style dining.
Tender fillet steak, served medium and finished with a herby chimichurri, alongside boneless chicken thighs in a sticky Asian glaze. Accompanied by seasonal farm vegetables, a fresh garden salad, and oven-roasted potatoes with sour cream and a touch of lemon zest.
Dessert
A rich double dark chocolate brownie, served warm with vanilla ice cream.
