Harmonic Rebirth Ceremony

The Harmonic Rebirth Ceremony is a deeply immersive, multi-sensory healing experience designed to bring you back into harmonious relationship with your body, your energy, and your inner world.

This ceremony is guided by Karl Gong, an international Gong Master, alongside Philippa Schmulian, a qualified tea ceremonist and Reiki Master, and Kylie Nel, a Reiki Master, combining the ancient intelligence of sound, plant medicine, and energy healing into one cohesive ceremonial journey.

At the heart of this experience is a gong sound journey, which works directly with the nervous system and brainwaves, guiding you into deep parasympathetic states where the body can soften, regulate, and repair. The vibrations of the gongs move through the physical body, helping to dissolve stored tension, mental noise, and emotional residue, while grounding you fully into your physical vessel. Many people experience a profound sense of embodiment, clarity, and inner stillness during and after the sound bath.

You will also be guided through a Blue Lotus tea ceremony, a sacred plant medicine traditionally used for emotional opening, heart–mind coherence, and gentle third-eye activation. Blue Lotus supports relaxation, heightened inner awareness, and a deeper connection to intuition, allowing emotions to surface and integrate with softness rather than force. This plant ally creates a bridge between the emotional body and higher perception, enhancing the ceremonial depth of the experience.

Throughout the journey, Reiki energy healing will be offered to support energetic balance and integration. Reiki works intelligently with your system, flowing where it is most needed to clear stagnation, restore energetic coherence, and support healing on physical, emotional, and subtle levels.
