Whiskey Tasting & Hands-On Cocktail Making

Welcome to Cape Town’s sociable, fun, and creative whisky tasting and cocktail-making experience!

At MixNSip, our aim is for you to expand your knowledge while socialising, laughing, and creating new memories with both old and new friends.

Upon arrival at Queens Whisky Lounge, you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail to enjoy while mingling with fellow guests at the bar. As the experience begins, you will be guided to the tasting room, where a fully prepared tasting setup awaits you at your seat. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a journey through the world of whisky.

Once the tasting concludes, you will have gained a solid foundational understanding - perfectly preparing you for the cocktail-making experience that follows. Stepping out of the tasting room and back into the bar, you will learn how to craft two different whisky-based cocktails. Afterward, you and your fellow guests will work in pairs, taking turns behind the bar to put your new skills into action. Mix, sip, and mingle as everyone gets a chance to play the role of a mixologist!
