Andrew to Old Mutual Soweto Marathon for Layla & Ewan 42.2km

 Please help me raise as much for Layla & Ewan ,
Layla has Brain & spinal cancer called Ependymoma ,
Ewan has Pompe Disease. 
  
The reason Im running and riding for these two charities is the strength and fight that that Layla has. Nothing seems to get her down. She takes everything in her stride and just overcomes it. Not many people can overcome the massive challenge she has and still remain so positive towards life. She has inspired me to overcome my own inner demons and challenges, that are no where near what she has gone through. She has shown that fighting back and being positive is how you deal with adversity. For a young girl to have this fight in her is a pure inspiration to everyone…. But also see’ing how you have handled this and how you remain committed and positive to the Ependy Angel cause and you have not let this cancer hold you or her back…..
 
When I started running with the Club and got the chance to come across Ewan story just added to my drive not to let things hold me down and added to my personal drive to overcome my own personal issues.
 
Both of these have given me the chance to also give something back. I am fortunate to be able to help and support and these causes are very close to my heart and will always get my support.
