KAMERS/Makers is South Africa’s leading showcase of South African creativity — a carefully curated platform bringing together local Makers across fashion, homeware, jewellery, art, design and food. More than a market, it’s an immersive shopping experience where visitors connect directly with the Makers behind the work and discover thoughtfully made products rooted in local design, craftsmanship and innovation.
For Autumn 2026, KAMERS/Makers introduces its new season theme: Kaleidoscope of Making. The theme explores the layered nature of creativity — how ideas, materials, processes and people come together to form something remarkable. Visitors can expect a richly varied shopping experience, from everyday favourites to standout pieces, all curated to reflect the depth, diversity and energy of South African design.
PRETORIA | Menlyn Maine Central Square
The much-loved urban show returns to Menlyn Maine’s vibrant Central Square, bringing KAMERS/Makers to the heart of Pretoria’s design and lifestyle hub. Expect bold fashion, inspired homeware, original gifting and artisanal food in an open-air setting buzzing with energy and creativity. Menlyn Maine offers a dynamic, accessible environment where shoppers can experience the full Kaleidoscope of Making in a lively, city-style format.

We are bringing together avid bakers, cookie enthusiasts, and creative spirits for the ultimate interactive treat exchange.
Get ready to satisfy your sweet tooth and your creative soul!
This isn’t just a snack break; it’s a curated experience of sharing and collaboration. Imagine a table overflowing with the most creative, beautifully baked cookies Pretoria has to offer - and you get to take a piece of that magic home.
How It Works
The rules are simple:
- Bake: Arrive with a minimum of 12 of your favorite, creatively decorated cookies.
- The Swop: Add your masterpieces to our communal cookie table and swap them out for 12 different treats from fellow bakers.
- The Vibe: Rub shoulders with top local bakers and fellow foodies in a space designed for sweet moments and creative inspiration.
Strict Rule: No cookies, no entry! We are very serious about our snacks.
