• Meeting Point: KSNR Coedmore Castle

• Time: 7:00am sharp

• Distance: ±6km beginner-friendly trails

• Pace: Family-friendly with fun stops along the way

• Duration: ±2–3 hours (group dependent)

Weather Notice:

This event goes ahead rain or shine

Only extreme weather (hail or heavy rain) will cause cancellation.

Note: Picnic will be cancelled if it rains.

• KSNR entrance fee payable at gate: R65/adult | R30/child (not included)

• Minimum 10 confirmed bookings required

• Full refund if event is cancelled due to low numbers or bad weather

• No refunds or credits for no-shows

• Bathrooms are available only at the main gate (not at the starting point of the hike)
