This intimate culinary journey explores the depth and sophistication of Malaysian Tamil cuisine, guiding participants through the traditions and techniques behind Kulambhu, Varuval, Peratal, Poriyal, and Kootu—each dish a reflection of heritage, balance, and flavour.
