We gather in sisterhood to gently shed what has been held, to reconnect to self with compassion,

and to embody a more grounded, open, and powerful way of being.

Expect a deeply nourishing and connective morning of:

• Somatic movement to release stored emotion and awaken the body

• Guided meditation for heart healing and nervous system restoration

• A forgiveness and release ritual to clear and lighten

• Intention-setting rooted in self-worth, softness, and inner power

• A held sisterhood circle for connection, witnessing, and truth

• Music, movement, and celebration to anchor joy in the body
