ABOUT

We’re stepping into 2026 with intention — and with music that deserves to be heard live.

Young N Live returns, anchoring our youth-led Wednesdays and opening space for the next wave of artists shaping the sound of now. This series is about presence, craft, and discovery — inviting you to experience emerging voices in their most honest, live form.

Every so often, the stars (and calendars) align. This is one of those nights.

giuliette Price is no stranger to the live music circuit. A singer and songwriter operating in the space between jazz and poetry, her music carries tender reflections on love, longing, lust, and heartbreak. Born in Johannesburg and now based in Cape Town, Giuliette has shared stages with artists such as Zoë Modiga, Kujenga, Moonga K., and Alice Phoebe Lou. Rooted in jazz training, her sound moves effortlessly through intricate rhythms and intimate vocals — equally at home on festival stages or in dimly lit rooms where every word lands.

And it wouldn’t be Young N Live without inviting a band that speaks directly to the moment.

Enter Babble Hume — one of South Africa’s most exciting young collectives. Often described as a “boy band” for the now generation, their anthems like Daffodils and Marigold have quietly become part of the emotional soundtrack for South African youth. Made up of five members — three vocalists and two producers — Babble Hume thrives on chemistry, contrast, and creative risk. Their sound is vibrant, raw, and genre-fluid, balancing soul, experimentation, and urgency.

giuliette Price and Babble hume Live, they are electric. Every performance is immersive, physical, and unfiltered — the kind that pulls you in and leaves you changed.

Welcome to 2026.
