This April, The Witches’ Brew invites you to gather at the table of enchantment for an unforgettable Craft Gin & Food Pairing—where ancient elixirs meet refined French Bistro cuisine with a bold South African soul, curated by the celebrated Chef Jacques .

The Elixirs & the Feast
On these rare gatherings, four carefully chosen elixirs from The Witches’ Brew Craft Gin will be revealed—each paired with a dish crafted to awaken and balance its spirit.
Pairing One
Celtic Fae Fern – a bright, woodland-fresh gin born of strawberry leaves, Russian tarragon, gentle stevia, and warming allspice. Light, green, and irresistibly refreshing—like morning dew dancing through an enchanted glade.
Paired with: Calamari stuffed with celeriac
Pairing Two
Wit Blix’m – playful and electric, infused with juicy pineapple, bold cinnamon, and cooling mint. A spell of fire and frost that tingles with excitement and mischief.
Paired with: Yorkshire with Crispy Pork Belly

Rosemary Brite – luminous and herbaceous, where rosemary, hibiscus, and mandarin meet in perfect balance, glowing with clarity and warmth.
