- Please note that the front parking area is the EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT; parking must be kept to a minimum as per our SASREA Application & Permit;
- We request that you do not park in the streets or on the pavement around the pool area.EMPD will tow vehicles away.If you park on the pavement or in the street this is at your own risk.
- No parking is permitted inside the pool premises.
SMOKING POLICY
- In terms of the City of Ekurhuleni by-laws smoking and use of any tobacco products including Vape is prohibited in all areas of the facility - this INCLUDES the area behind the grandstands;
- Any swimmers found to be vaping during the gala are in contravention of the athlete code of conduct and will be suspended with immediate effect.
- Smoking will only be permitted outside the pool facility;
- A R1,000-00 fine will be issued to the club if any of their members are found smoking within the facility;
ALCOHOL & WEAPONS
- No alcohol will be permitted on the premises, in accordance with the City of Ekurhuleni By-Laws.
- Any person found to be in possession of beverages containing alcohol, or to be under the influence of alcohol, will be in contravention of the City’s By-Laws, and the Club to which they belong will be suspended from the District with immediate effect.
- No person shall be permitted to enter or remain on the premises while carrying a firearm, handgun, or any other weapon, except for licensed firearm holders, provided that such firearm is lawfully licensed, securely holstered, and fully concealed on their person at all times. Open carry of firearms or weapons is strictly prohibited.
