SunUp is your feel good morning reset, set in the spectacular gardens of Glenshiel. Expect fresh air, beautiful surroundings, and the kind of energy that makes you glad you got up and showed up.

We start with a beginner friendly Pilates movement class designed to wake up your body gently while still feeling strong. Think deep core work, mobility, and mindful movement you can actually take into your week. No pressure, just a well guided session that meets you where you are.

Then we turn it up with a conscious dance journey with a live DJ. Uplifting, urban sounds and feel good rhythms, with light guidance to help you let go. No choreography, no judgement, just space to move freely and have a proper good time.
