Valentine's Day Dinner at the Two Oceans Aquarium

We are giving in-love (or in-like) couples a unique opportunity to spend the most romantic day of the year - Valentine’s Day - at the most romantic place in Cape Town – the Two Oceans Aquarium. This is a special chance to visit the fish after dark, and an opportunity to impress your date in a very exclusive way - intimate dinners-for-two in front of your favourite Aquarium exhibits.

Your booking includes a three-course meal (menu below), evening access to the Aquarium, canapes, a welcome beverage and more. Plus - a lifelong memory with your special person!

• We've scattered tables for two throughout the Aquarium, in front of your favourite exhibits for you to enjoy the most romantic nights of the year in a truly unique way. Good food, an amazing view of the underwater world at night, and the perfect partner - what more could anyone ask for?
• Prices range from R1 540 to R2 640 per couple depending on which dining spot you select (details below) - table selection options are presented as part of the Quicket checkout process.

• The price includes entrance into the Aquarium for the evening (from 18h30 onwards), an alcoholic or non-alcoholic arrival drink and a delicious dinner for two (see menu below).
• A wine list will be available on the evening, and a cash bar will be open. R60 corkage fee for your own drinks.

Smoked trout on a delicate cream cheese and fresh dill crostini

Seared mushroom with a sweet onion reduction, served on a golden polenta cake

Crispy rice paper cups filled with stir-fried vegetable noodles and finished with a drizzle of chilli aioli

Starters

Shared Artisan Charcuterie Board

A selection of cured meats, artisanal breads, cheeses, house-made dips, seasonal fruit, nuts, pickles, olives, and preserves.

Main Course

Select one main course from the options below

Sustainably sourced line fish, grilled in butter and served with fresh local mussels, crispy fried calamari, and a creamy basil and lemon sauce.

OR

Classic beef fillet, pan-seared and served with a herbed potato cake, finished with a rich wild mushroom jus.

OR

Grilled local chicken supreme, served with baby spinach and tomato confit, accompanied by a fragrant thyme butter sauce and crispy julienne potatoes.

OR

(Vegetarian) Golden-baked aubergine stuffed with orzo, basil, and parmesan, served with a smooth basil and tomato purée.

Dessert to share

Chocolate-coated strawberries

Mint and rooibos–infused panna cotta, served with fresh seasonal berries

Mini chocolate cake

White chocolate and berry mille-feuille.

A R60 per bottle corkage fee will be charged for any wine bottles brought in, a full cash bar with wine list will be available on the evening.
