The first installment of Pheli Boulevard is a very important and special event, not only for the people of Phelindaba, Pretoria, as their Superstar returns not only to put on a festival that aspires to unite the Youth and entire community at large, but this event happens to fall exactly 7 days after King Tone SA's birthday.
