CANSA Colour Walk

The CANSA Colour Walk 2026 celebrates World Cancer Day, observed globally on 4 February, under the theme “United by Unique.”

This event embraces the colours representing all types of cancer, symbolising unity, hope, and awareness for every individual and every story. The walk unites survivors, families, communities, and corporate supporters to honour those affected by cancer and to raise vital funds for the Cancer Association of South Africa (CANSA).

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Ratanga Park, Century City, participants will walk 5km in a peaceful, awareness-focused event — reminding communities that Cancer Affects Us All – 365 Days a Year.
