Join us for a powerful and restorative outdoor breathwork journey designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and return to a place of inner clarity and calm. This isn’t just a class, it’s a full experience. Together, we’ll move through a gentle, yet transformative arc of breath, movement, and awareness — grounded by nature and supported by community.
What to Expect:
ARRIVAL & INTENTION SETTING
We begin by slowing down and landing in the space — physically and emotionally. You’ll be guided to set a personal focus to anchor your breathwork journey.
GENTLE MOVEMENT & BODY CONNECTION
Light, intuitive movement to release tension, awaken the body, and prepare your system to breathe deeply and fully.
GUIDED BREATHWORK SESSION (ca. 60 min)
A full, immersive breathwork session using conscious connected breathing. This technique allows you to:
- Release emotional and physical tension
- Access deeper levels of self-awareness
- Reset your nervous system
- Experience natural clarity, release, and peace
INTEGRATION & CONNECTION
After the session, we’ll take time to gently return — to reflect, ground, and let the body integrate the experience.
Water, tea, and coffee will be available for everyone, and you’re warmly invited to stay a little longer, connect with others, or simply enjoy the stillness after the journey.

About Your Facilitator
I’m Natalie Läubli, a certified Breathwork Coach, guiding individuals, groups, and organizations in breath journeys across three continents.
My approach blends modern science with ancient wisdom, and I hold space in a grounded, heart-centered way that allows people to release, reconnect, and transform — safely and authentically. To me, breathwork is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you already are underneath.
