An afternoon of connection, reflection, and sisterhood — created for women who want to grow, connect, and simply enjoy being in empowering company.

Connections is a relaxed, interactive F.L.O. experience centred on self-awareness, financial empowerment, and strengthening the relationships you have with yourself and with other women. This gathering creates space for meaningful conversation, gentle learning, and authentic connection — all within a supportive environment where women can feel comfortable, inspired, and present.

Hosted inside the iconic Gallery South in Muizenberg, a beautifully restored heritage building that once operated as an art gallery, the event embraces creativity, conversation, and community in a space filled with character and history.

Guests will be seated in a relaxed restaurant-style layout, allowing everyone to enjoy the experience at their own pace while listening, reflecting, and connecting.

Unpacking our relationship with money in a practical and empowering way, helping women build healthier financial mindsets.

We are also delighted to welcome Lindsay van Wyk back to F.L.O. — this time in her role as an Empowerment Life Coach from Pursuit of Bliss. For those who remember her fondly from previous events, her much-loved intimacy and wellness products will also be available to explore.

The F.L.O. Market

Guests will have the opportunity to browse the F.L.O. Market, a curated mini-market showcasing female entrepreneurs and small businesses. From wellness and beauty to lifestyle and empowerment products, the market celebrates women creating for women.

This is a chance to discover inspiring brands, support local businesses, and connect with women doing meaningful work in their communities.

The Experience

The afternoon is intentionally designed to feel relaxed, social, and inspiring.

Throughout the event, guests can enjoy smooth, soulful grooves playing softly between speaker sessions, creating the signature F.L.O. atmosphere — a space where conversation, reflection, and connection flow naturally.

The venue also houses its own in-house restaurant and bar, Flavors & Frequencies, where additional drinks and an à la carte menu will be available should guests wish to indulge further.
