Join Intaka Island for a guided Full Moon Hike and experience the magic of the reserve after hours as we explore one of Cape Town’s most important wetland ecosystems by moonlight.

This special evening walk will focus on the role wetlands play in conservation, biodiversity and water systems, while offering participants a unique opportunity to observe nocturnal activity and listen to the sounds of the island under a full moon.

Led by knowledgeable guides, the hike will take place at the same time as previous Full Moon Hikes and is suitable for nature lovers, photographers and anyone curious about the hidden life of wetlands after dark.
