The Brand Council of South Africa is hosting it's annual conference in November this year based on the theme “Brand Survival in a Junk Economy”. The conference is scheduled for the morning of the 7th of November 2017 at The Venue, Green park, in Sandton, Johannesburg.
The morning includes speakers who are experts in their fields, followed by a panel discussion, facilitated by Gordon Cook.
The discussion will encompass;
Setting the scene for the business and branding community about the reality of doing business and surviving as brands in a junk economy;
Share what some of the most successful brands over the past 5 years have done to become or remain successful in a junk economy;
Explore aspects such as whether or not the business sees the function of marketing and communications as a critical success factor to survival in a junk economy, what this means from a budget perspective or if there are other mores strategic tactics one can employ to survive and thrive and what the real impact on the current economic state on business.
