About Arabella

Arabella from Eat to Thrive is on a mission to get people to relate to food differently. In a world where convenience culture is killing our desire to make an effort and to cook for ourselves, she encourages people to get excited about a more playful approach to home cooking. Her recipes take classical favourites and turn them into healthier, more sustainable options for others to try at home.

Attendees will learn to make their own sweet potato flatbread from scratch — a quick, affordable, and versatile recipe perfect for weeknight dinners or a standout dinner-party dish.

What's on the menu - Hot honey sweet potato flatbread with South African spice mix, labneh, smokey tomato chutney + Indigenous summer greens. Each attendee will walk away confident to recreate the flatbread at home along with recipes for the toppings and a jar of Arabella’s signature smoky tomato chutney. Bright, bold, nostalgic flavours and simple techniques to elevate everyday cooking.
