Join us for the 2026 Johannesburg heartKIDS Big Walk, proudly hosted by heartKIDS SA—a national charity dedicated to supporting children born with Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).

This much-loved 5km awareness walk brings families, friends, schools, corporates, and the wider community together to raise awareness, show solidarity, and stand in support of our brave heart warriors.
