Course Structure
- 6-Day Intensive Course: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Saturday, covering key aspects of the learning material
- Exam: 120-minute exam, conducted on Saturday afternoon, to assess your understanding
Certification Projects:
- Apply the concepts and tools learned during the course to additional real-world projects within your organization
- The project should be completed within six months, demonstrating measurable improvements
- Regular support and monthly check-ins are offered to assist with the project
