Who Should Attend?

  • This course is ideal for individuals, teams, and managers at any organizational level who want to advance their application of Lean management. The course is suitable for all sectors, including manufacturing, service, healthcare, and public administration.


Course Structure

  • 5-Day Intensive Course: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday (earlier finish on Friday), covering key aspects of the learning material
  • Exam: 120-minute exam, conducted on Friday afternoon, to assess your understanding


Certification Projects:

  • Apply the concepts and tools learned during the course to additional real-world projects within your organization
  • The project should be completed within six months, demonstrating measurable improvements
  • Regular support and monthly check-ins are offered to assist with the project
