ABOUT
FLOW — A Weekend of Ease, Joy & Embodied Presence
7–8 March 2026 | Amani House, 14 Martingale Ave, Hout Bay, Cape Town
More ease. More joy. More flow.
A way of living that feels alive rather than overloaded.
Based on Allan Weppenaar Pedersen’s books FLOW and Let the River Flow, this immersive weekend is a lived experience of flow — felt in the body, breathed into the heart, and carried home into daily life.
This is not theory.
FLOW is a state — natural, energising, and deeply peaceful.
What You’ll Experience
Across two gentle yet powerful days, we work with:
- Letting go & softening resistance
- Beautiful thoughts & emotional alchemy
- Breathwork & embodied presence
- The FeelGoodFlow smile
- Deep belly laughter
- Afterglow stillness & integration
Each session builds toward a sense of ease, clarity, creativity, and connection that continues long after the weekend ends.
Programme Overview
Saturday — Opening the River
10:00–17:00
An introduction to FLOW, letting go, shaping your inner landscape, and opening to joy.
Guest session with Charlotte Weppenaar: FLOW & Icons — exploring symbols and visual language as gateways into flow.
Sunday — Embodying the Current
10:00–15:30
Deep embodied FLOW praxis using body, breath, sound, and visualisation.
Guest session with Nyaniso Tutu: reflections on joy, compassion, and presence inspired by her grandfather, Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
We close with an integration circle to anchor FLOW into daily life.
