SEAWEED COOKING CLASS WITH VELD AND SEA
Saturday 24 January
10am – 2:30pm
Taste the flavours of our local coastline at this educational and immersive seasonal cooking class. A chance to discover our favourite sea vegetables that are bountiful in rockpools during the summer months. Learn how to create simple dishes and preserves that incorporate seaweeds and aromatic herbs.
Enjoy a leisurely afternoon of wild flavour and a delicious ocean-inspired light lunch at the gorgeous Veld and Sea Glasshouse situated near Cape Point.
