Your facilitator & Sound Healing practitioner, Janet Farquharson (Janet’s Planet) will create and hold a safe and grounded space, inviting you to be present, and intentional, and to embark on the journey with an open mind and an open heart.

Float into the heart of the cosmos for a 60-minute sonic immersion designed to transport you far beyond the ordinary. Surrounded by the vast, awe-inspiring dome of the planetarium, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation with cosmic frequencies, celestial soundscapes, and the resonant vibrations of sacred instruments and voices.

As you relax, you will be bathed in the sounds of singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, medicine drum, windchimes, vocals and more.

This will be a Sound Journey like no other- an unforgettable convergence of space, sound, and spirit.

As the last vibrations dissolve into silence, you’ll be invited to gently re-earth yourself in the iconic Whale Well in the Iziko South African Museum next door, where a refreshing drink and grounding snack will be waiting for you.
