Who Should Attend?
- This course is ideal for individuals, teams, and managers at any organizational level who want to deepen their understanding of Lean management. The course is suitable for all sectors, including manufacturing, service, healthcare, and public administration.
Course Structure
- 5 Days Intensive Course: 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday (3:00pm finish on Friday), covering key aspects of the learning material
- Exam: 60-minute exam, conducted on Friday afternoon, to assess your understanding
Certification Project:
- Apply the concepts and tools learned during the course to a real-world project within your organization
- The project should be completed within three months, demonstrating measurable improvements
- Regular support and monthly check-ins are offered to assist with the project
