What is the Big Weekend?

The Big Weekend is hosted annually by Cornerstone Kids. The weekend promises a time of fun with a variety of games and events, socialising with peers from across the city, and a time of equipping our children with strong Christian values. From high energy, and passionate worship to games teaching teamwork and leadership values. The Big Weekend has proven to be an event loved by our kids as it continues to grow.

Who is invited?

Everyone in Grades 3 - 7.

When is it happening?

FRIDAY 13th MARCH

Registration opens 4:30pm | Start 5:00pm | End 8:30pm

(All children need to be signed in and out by a parent or guardian)

SATURDAY 14th MARCH

Start 8:00am | End 6:00pm

(All children need to be signed in and out by a parent or guardian)

How much does it cost?

Each ticket is R260 (Early Bird R240 before 1 March)

Tickets can be bought on the day at the door.

Meals

Dinner will be provided on Friday night.

Lunch will be provided on Saturday as well as snacks during the day.

There is no tuckshop so please do not send money with your children.

What to bring?

SATURDAY

Closed shoes, hat, and sunblock.

Please leave all electronic items (cell phones, tablets, etc.) at home.

We can not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.
