ABOUT
Aligned Living: Welcome Home
A collaboration between Zama Zoe & Lino Eatery
You are warmly invited to Aligned Living: Welcome Home — a morning where presence, art, and inner clarity meet.
Whether this is your first time joining us, or you were part of our previous session, you are welcome. Each experience stands on its own.
Every time we sit down to make, to write, to listen inwardly, something new is revealed.
A fresh layer of self-awareness.
Another angle of truth.
A new piece of home inside you.
Come as you are. Leave with what you discover.

On the Day:
Through guided exercise (facilitated by Demi from Zama Zoë) you'll explore the intentions and values that shape a purposeful life for you;
all while gaining inspiration for your linocut creation (facilitated by Tarryn from Lino Eatery) that you will print onto the cover of a paperback journal.
All materials required will be prepared and ready for you to use.
What you'll Learn:
You'll walk away with a new learned skill of mindful reflection and how to turn this into a work of art.
You will understand the lino printing process from design creation and tracing, through transfer and carving, to rolling and printing.
This Event is for You If:
You LOVE reflecting and setting intentions for yourself
You enjoy dabbling with self-awareness
You feel inspired to dig a little deeper and create a meaningful artwork
You would like to design and lino print your own journal cover
You are looking for a creative outlet

You would like to spend time with your friends in a new, fun way
You are looking for a supportive space to create
You have never tried lino printing before
You are an expert lino printer and would like to print alongside people who will encourage and inspire you
You love Zame Zoe and would like to become part of their community.
About Tarryn:
Tarryn Robinson is a dynamic force who has transitioned from teaching hospitality studies at school level, to the vibrant world of being a small business owner. She has been hosting lino printing sessions since August 2023, and finds joy in seeing people pleasantly surprised with their own artwork.
Tarryn creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests can forge genuine connections, share their creative journeys, and uplift one another.
About Demi:
Demi van Tonder is an artist, EQ coach and lifelong explorer of the human heart. With a background in teaching, she's passionate about self-reflection, emotional processing, and helping others navigate the mess, raw and real parts of life.
Through her creative work and coaching, Demi challenges imposter syndrome head-on, using art as bother teacher and tool for growth. She loves talking feelings (the bog ones, the small ones and everything in between) and believes that the emotions we carry - no matter how hidden or unruly - ultimately shape the course of our lives.
Whether through brushstroke or brave conversations, Demi's work is about showing up, holding space, and guiding others toward clarity, connection and healing.
Join us, we'd love to meet you!
