Fuel your festive energy with Seattle Coffee Company, and celebrate your run afterwards with ice-cold craft brews from Lion’s River Brewery.

I, the undersigned by registering for and/or participating in the Huizemark and Da Costa Inc , Helmsley Estate Trail Run (the “Event”), acknowledge and agree to the following:

Huizemark, Da Costa Inc and all sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and any associated parties (collectively referred to as the Organisers) shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death sustained by any participant or third party, or for any damage or loss of personal property, however caused and in connection with participation in the Event. Participation in the Event is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

I acknowledge that the Event is being held at Helmsley Country Estate which is currently an active development site and that this event will involve strenuous physical activity and that I am responsible for assessing my own physical condition and health prior to participation and I must ensure that I am medically fit to take part.

The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event or cancel it entirely due to weather, safety concerns, or any other reason beyond their control, without liability.

I am solely responsible for my own safety and must adhere to all safety rules and take appropriate safety precautions, including wearing visible clothing and exercising vigilance at all times.
